Pastor Scott & Tonia Ethridge
Pastor Scott and Tonia Ethridge are luminaries in the body of Christ. Since taking on the role of Senior Pastor at The Healing Place in 2009, they have ministered to people of different walks of life and across all generations. Their message of healing is one from a personal experience of hurt and addiction. In 1994, they found God’s grace and have shared their message of hope and healing ever since.
Pastor Scott and Tonia have been digging spiritual wells and cultivating ministers for over 16 years. Pastor Scott has a cavalcade of experience and accomplishments that would be to exhaustive to list. Although his knowledge and expertise is relative to his ministry, nevertheless he and Tonia’s focus is on moving forward in the Kingdom, teaching others how to take heed of the calling God has bestowed to all. Not only have Pastor Scott and Tonia experienced success in ministry, but together they raised their two beatific daughters, Sierra and Lizy, who also share in their parent’s desire to see the hopeless healed. Through the Presence, Power and Purposes of God, they will raise an army of ministers that will go beyond the four walls of the church and bring healing to the land. All this is captured in a verse that proves to be true in their lives; Proverbs 13:12 says, "Hope deferred makes the heart sick but when the desire is fulfilled it is a tree of life."
Donna McAnelly has served as Executive Assistant to Pastor Scott since September of 2009, but her vast abilities are not limited to any one title. In addition to the administrative role she fills at The Healing Place, she is a leader in the THP Ladies ministry, currently the gift of teaching. She also serves as a Community Group leader as well as the greeter coordinator at THP. She ensures that the first impression of guests to THP will be a lasting one. The commonality between her vast responsibilities at THP all relies on her proven ability to lead. She has dedicated 32 years, and counting, to serving and ministering to her THP family and she has only just begun.
Pastor Matt & Jenny Moreno
Homebred in Shreveport, LA, Matt Moreno has been serving the Lord since February of 1992. His holistic approach to ministry has given rise to leaders in various realms of ministry in the Kingdom of God. His altruistic nature is made apparent in his various roles at THP. He is an effective minister of the Gospel, THP’s Worship leader and also served in Youth Ministry for many years. He stands with his wife Jenny, who shares in the aforementioned attributes, in all ministry endeavors currently as Associate Pastor of THP. Matt has a genuine desire to see people come to know Christ; teaching them how to be leaders in the ministry and activating the unique calling that God has given to those who love Him is the very cornerstone of his heart.
Pastor Dana & Corey van Noppen
Dana van Noppen is the Children’s Pastor at The Healing Place. She is a graduate of the School of Urban Missions’ Biblical Studies program, but her learning has not ceased. Her ministerial influence starts with children, but her heart is determined to see the spiritual development of the family unit entirely. Her ministry experience with THP Youth, Children Ministries, and experience as a Missionary has provided her with knowledge of the difficulties that occur in families. Along with her equally gifted husband Corey they skillfully administer a team of volunteers that lead worship and minister to the children with a plan and purpose that fosters growth and knowledge in the Word of God. They are building up future ministers for generations to come.
Pastor Dallas Mora
Dallas Mora is the Student Pastor at The Healing Place. He holds a degree in Church Ministries with a specialization in Youth Ministries from Southwestern Assemblies of God University (SAGU). His studiousness has increased following graduation in order to communicate the adamant truths in God’s Word. Dallas is relatable to everyone and desires to reach out to all who are brokenhearted and without Christ. He does not care where one comes from, but cares where they are going. Dallas is very friendly and humorous, but he will challenge his students and increase their knowledge of God’s Word and encourage them to soar beyond their reset moment.
